There are many ways to connect stainless steel pipes, the following are some common connection methods:
Snap connection. The use of hydraulic clamps to clamp the stainless steel pipe on the pipe, with O-ring stop, the connection is actually good, but the connection strength is low.
Ring compression connection method. Use hydraulic pliers to clamp the stainless steel pipe tightly on the pipe, with a wide band of rubber seals to stop water, the connection is actually good, the connection strength is slightly stronger.
Flange connection. Use fastening bolts to connect the two connections with a flange, and then sealed with a flat sealing plate, the connection is actually good, the connection strength is high, the installation and dismantling is convenient, but the cost is relatively high.
Groove connection. Use nuts to tighten the fittings, axial compression of stainless steel pipe and fittings with convex ring, and then through the conical sealing ring to stop the water, the connection is actually good, able to disassemble, but the cost is relatively high1.
